2 cups fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
2 T. chopped, toasted pine nuts
¼ c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 t. salt
½ cup plus 3 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Combine basil, nuts, oil, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in cheese.
Spread on bruchetta bread or chunks of bread or crackers.
