Cinnamon Rolls with Powdered Sugar Icing

Recipe Introduction
This is a family tradition to have cinnamon rolls for breakfast on Christmas morning. So we have our cinnamon for breakfast, and our caramel for dinner. Could life get any better than that?
List of Ingredients
Powdered sugar icing:
In a glass measuring cup, pour in 1 cup of powdered sugar. Add 2 Tbsp. soft butter and ¾ tsp. of vanilla.
Add just enough hot water to make a thin icing.
If it becomes too thin, add more powdered sugar.Recipe
Use the caramel roll recipe. Omit the caramel topping.
Pour onto the top of the rolls and spread with a knife.
