    This dish is an all-time family favorite. We have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Dreadfully full of cholesterol and fat, it still is too delicious to resist.

    List of Ingredients




    6 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup orange liqueur or orange juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 pound butter
    sour cream

    Strawberry Sauce:
    2 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries
    2 tablespoons orange liqueur or orange juice




    Recipe



    In blender, add all but butter. If using a mixer, batter will remain lumpy. Melt butter in 13 x 9" dish at 425 in oven until it sizzles.

    Do not let it brown. Remove dish and immediately pour batter into sizzling butter.

    Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until mixture is puffed and brown. Serve immediately with Strawberry Sauce and sour cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.


    Strawberry Sauce:
    2 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries
    2 tablespoons orange liqueur or orange juice

    Heat strawberries until hot. Stir in liqueur. Serve warm.
