Recipe Introduction

Whether it is the pumpkin pie, apple pie, butterscotch meringue pie, or cherry pie, this is the pie crust that Mom uses for all of her pies.

List of Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 c. lard
½ c. milk



Recipe

Sift together flour and salt. Cut in lard and add milk.

Makes 3 1 crust pies.

Mix = 4 cups
