    Pineapple Upside Down Cake

    List of Ingredients

    Bottom of pan:
    Melt 5 Tbsp butter
    1 cup + brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butterscotch schnapps
    Drained crushed pineapple

    Cake part:
    ½ pkg golden vanilla cake ( 1 ½ +cups)
    ½ pkg. yellow butter cake (1 ½ + cups)
    1 c. water + drained pineapple juice
    -add 1 tsp. vanilla =, and 1 Tbsp butterscotch schnapps
    3 Tbsp. softened butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 eggs beaten

    Recipe

    Pat brown sugar onto bottom of cake pan or pans. Mix vanilla, and butterscotch schnapps into melted butter. Pour on top of brown sugar. Mix together. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon on top.

    Add to dry ingredients. Mix on low speed 30 secs. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into greased cake pans.

    Bake at 350 degrees. 13x9 = 33-38 min.

    Two 9” round pans + 28 -33 min.
