Recipe Introduction

On a warm summer day, this is a refreshing pie to make. The only thing that baked is the pie shell. I have also used this strawberry mixture on cheesecakse before. It is so good. I look forward to summer so that I can make this pie.

List of Ingredients

Combine:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 heaping Tbsps. cornstarch




Recipe

Bring to a boil, remove immediately. Add 2 heaping Tbsps strawberry jello and red food coloring.

Let cool in refrigerator. Then add large whole strawberries and pour in to a baked pie shell.

Top with whipped cream or topping.
