    This is an interesting variation of your traditional chocolate chip cookie recipe. I have great childhood memories of eating this.

    List of Ingredients




    Cookie batter:
    1 cup flour
    ½ tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp. salt
    1/3 cup melted butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 egg (beaten)
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 ½ tsp vanilla

    Topping:
    1 (6 oz.)package chocolate chips (1 cup)
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix cookie batter and spread into two greased 9 –inch pie pans. Sprinkle each with one half of the topping ingredients.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. When cool slice into small pie-shaped wedges.
