Recipe Introduction
This is the alpha and the omega of crock pot dishes. This is a very delicious roast.
List of Ingredients
2-4 lbs of Swiss or sirloin steak (any kind of roast will work)
1 envelope onion soup mix
½ c. each of mushrooms and green pepper
1 lb can of diced tomatoes
¼ tsp salt
Pepper –to taste
1 Tbsp A-1 sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Recipe
In crock pot, add tomatoes first, and then using a wire whisk, stir in cornstarch until blended.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cut the meat into serving size portions.
Add to crock pot, pushing the meat into the tomato mixture.
Let cook on low heat at least 4-5 hours.
