    Aunt Helen (Wright) Boggs always brought this dish to the Boggs family gatherings. Its white and red colors added to the festive Christmas table. Aunt Letha continued the tradition at our Christmas gatherings.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1 stick real butter
    ½ cups pecans, chopped fine
    ½ cup sugar
    8-oz Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 cans Thank You cherry pie filling
    1 ½ cups whipping cream (or you can use Cool Whip)

    Recipe



    1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1 stick real butter
    ½ cups pecans, chopped fine
    ½ cup sugar

    Mix above ingredients together and press into a large glass baking dish. Bake 20-minutes
    at 300-degrees.

    8-oz Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 cup powdered sugar

    While crust is baking, cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. As soon as crust comes out of oven, pour on hot crust and spread thickly on crust.

    2 cans Thank You cherry pie filling

    Pour pie filling onto cooled crust.

    1 ½ cups whipping cream

    Whip cream until forms peaks, add a little powdered sugar and spread onto cherries. (Can substitute Cool Whip).
