    This is a favorite recipe of Letha (Knerr) Boggs; she served this dish at Mom and Dad’s 50th wedding anniversary party (1994) hosted by Steve and her in their Cincinnati home. (Susan Latour)

    List of Ingredients




    1 envelope Italian salad dressing, reserve 1 tablespoon
    2 tablespoons margarine, melted
    4 small whole chicken breasts, boned
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese with chives
    1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
    1/2 cup sauterne

    Recipe



    Sprinkle dressing mix over chicken and brown in margarine. Place in 12x7 dish. In browning pan, blend soup, cream cheeses, and stir in wine.

    Spoon sauce over boned chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Baste sever times during the cooking hour. Serve over rice which has a tablespoon of Italian dressing mix added while cooking. Serves four.
