    I cannot rave enough about this recipe. When eaten cold, it is like eating fudge on a spoon. Ice cream tastes so much better with this fudge sauce on it. Perfect to make and give as gifts too!

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
    ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate
    1 cup light corn syrup
    ½ cup half-and –half
    3 Tbsps. Butter
    1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
    ¾ Tbsp Kahlua

    Recipe



    In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa, and chocolate. Stir in corn syrup and half-and-half.

    Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.

    Stirring occasionally, simmer 3 minutes. Stir in butter, vanilla and Kahlua. Makes about 2 cups.
