Cream of Bli Soup

List of Ingredients
5 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 Heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
3 cups half n half
3 cups chicken broth
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt, pepper, cajun spice, and nutmeg to taste
Recipe
Sauté onion in melted butter until tender. Add minced garlic for the last minute. Add cornstarch to 3 cups of 1/2 and 1/2. Whisk into onions and garlic. Stir in the chicken broth and wine. Add salt, pepper and other spices. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and cooked chopped broccoli. If too thick, thin with mixture of chicken broth and milk. Turn heat as low as possible and let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
