Recipe Introduction
A recipe that Mom gave me for a good side dish.
List of Ingredients
1 bag frozen mixed vegetable (16 oz.) thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can Durkees french fried onions
Recipe
Combine vegetables, soup, � cup cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and � can fried onions.
Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole.
Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered until the cheese melts (5-10 minutes).
