Boiled Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 4 Idaho potatoes
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, cut in half and then quarter the halves. The pieces should be the same size so they cook evenly.
- In a 5 quart pan, bring salted water to a boil, add the potatoes, cover and cook for 20 minutes -- until a knife goes into the potatoes easily. Do not overcook (or they will fall apart).
Final Comments
Serve plain, or with butter. Try them with some low fat sour cream!
