List of Ingredients
1 cup Bran
3/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. soft shorteningRecipe
Combine bran and milk. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg and shortening. Stir only until mixed well. Pour into greased muffin rings 2-3/fours full. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F. 20 to 30 minutes.
