    THE MAMA'S COOK BOOK - Mrs. M. C. Barwick

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup white raisins
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    2 cups crumbled macaroons or 3 cups corn flakes
    1/2 cup candied cherries, chopped
    1 cup cream, whipped

    Recipe



    Scald milk. Blend sugar, flour and salt and add to milk. Stir until smooth. Cook 10 minutes, pour over beaten eggs, and cook until thick stirring constantly. Cool. Then add other ingredients, folding in whipped cream last. Freeze in refrigerator tray.
