Recipe Introduction

The MAMA'S COOK BOOK was prepared by the Pre-School Group of the Louisville (Georgia) Parent Teacher Association many years ago when most women knew the ins and outs of cooking. Therefore part of the directions are sometimes left out.

List of Ingredients

3 cup sugar
1 cup sweet milk
3 tbsp. of cocoa
yolks of 6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt


Recipe

Mix cocoa, sugar and milk, boil until it spins a thread. Pour slowly over over beaten eggs, add vanilla and beat until creamy.
