    Recipe Introduction


    The MAMA'S COOK BOOK was prepared by the Pre-School Group of the Louisville (Georgia) Parent Teacher Association many years ago when most women knew the ins and outs of cooking. Therefore part of the directions are sometimes left out.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cup conf. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    7 tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 square unsweetened chocolate
    3 tbsp. butter

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter together, over hot water. Sift sugar and blend with salt, milk and vanilla. Add chocolate mixture and stir until smooth and right consistency to spread.
