    Easy Pepper Jack Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 to 6 chicken breast halves, boneless, without skin
    • Bell pepper strips (use fresh or frozen pepper stir fry pepper strip combo)
    • 1 can Pepper Jack cheese soup
    • 3 tablespoons chunky salsa


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours, until chicken is tender.
      Serves 4 to 6.



    Final Comments


    I use a bag of frozen chicken breast tenders and 2 cans of Pepper Jack cheese and a whole jar of salsa. This is so good. And is wonderful on rice.
