    Olive Oil Biscuits

    List of Ingredients

    I C white flour (can substitute a little oatmeal)
    1 C whole wheat flour
    OR 2 C whole wheat pastry flour OR 1 2/3 ww pastry flour + 1/3 C oatmeal

    1 T Splenda or sugar
    1 T baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 T olive oil
    3/4 C milk (cow or soy)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift dry ingredients together; add olive oil and milk. Knead lightly.
    Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter or tin can. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 10 - 12 biscuits.
