    List of Ingredients




    3 cups sliced apples, peeled or unpeeled
    1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 C old fashioned oatmeal
    3 T toasted wheat germ
    3 T light brown sugar or Whey Low Gold
    1 t cinnamon
    1 T canola oil
    1 T unsalted butter or Smart Balance, cut into pieces

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.
    Spray 8" x 8" casserole dish.
    Mix apples and applesauce and put in dish.
    Mix dry ingredients and drizzle with oil.
    Add butter and work in with fingers.
    Spread topping on top of apples.
    Bake 35 min or until apples are bubbling.
