my adapation of a recipe from a Heloise ad
Recipe Introduction
This is called a cake but is more like a cobbler
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 9" x 13" pan.
Spread 20 oz can of crushed or tidbit pineapple in it's own juice in pan.
Spoon 21 oz of No sugar added cherry pie filling over the pineapple.
Mix 2 packages of Fearn Banana cake mix, 1 teas of cinnamon and 1/2 C sweetener(I used Splenda)and spread over fruits.
Sprinkle with 1 C of chopped nuts.
Slice 1 sick of butter and place evenly over all.
Bake about 50 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm or cold
I have made it in a 8"x8" pan and 1/2 of the ingredients.
