    Triple Chocolate Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 dark chocolate cake mix
    1 4 oz box instant choc pudding mix
    1 cup yogurt
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup water or other liquid
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    4 eggs
    1 teas. almond extract
    1 cup choc chips
    1/2 cup toasted chopped almonds
    optional: up to 2 cups fruit: I have used plums, chopped small and cherries

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spray 10" bundt pan and sprinkle with oat bran or malt-o-meal.
    Place all ingredients except choc chips nuts and fruit in large bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into pan.
    Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan
