Cranberry and Sweet Potato Bake

My version of a Cooking Light recipe
List of Ingredients
2 cans sweet potatoes, drained or 1 large sweet potato boiled until tender
8 oz crushed pineapple, drained.
2 T. Smart Balance
1/4 t KCl
1/8 t nutmeg
dash of fresh ground pepper
1 egg
2/3 can whole cranberry sauce
walnuts. ground flax seeds, wheat germ.Recipe
Mash sweet potatoes and pineapple.
Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Swirl in cranberry sauce.
Put in 8 ramekins or 1 quart casserole. Top with nuts and seeds.
Bake 350 for 40 minutes uncovered. Keep your eye on it.
