    Spinich Balls

    Spinich balls...soooo yummy!!
    3 packages frozen chopped spinich, thawed, drained
    1 package stove top stuffing
    2 egges beaten
    1 cup romano cheese
    3/4 cup mozzerella, shredded
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 cup butter
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp pepper
    sautee onions in butter until tender
    combine all ingredients
    form into small balls(meatball size)
    Bake on cookie sheet 350 for 20 minutes
    I make these and people line up to get the recipe.
    So easy!!
