How Now Brown Cow
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 t. black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Brown beef with onion and pepper, drain. Stir in rice, water, soy sauce and soups. Mix well. Pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then uncovered an additional 30 minutes.
