    TODAY'S RECIPE: READER'S CORN BAKE

    1 stick softened margarine
    1 8-oz container sour cream
    1 egg
    1 can Niblets corn (DO NOT drain)
    1 can creamed corn
    1 box (8 1/2 oz) corn muffin mix

    Preheat oven to 350F degrees

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into an ungreased
    13X9-inch pan and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until sides are brown.
