    I remember.

    I don't think the original recipe called for skinless, boneless breasts but I think it's probably a better choice today.

    APRICOT CHICKEN
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    1 bottle Thousand Island salad dressing (10 ounces)
    1 cup apricot preserves


    Place the chicken pieces in a 13" x 9" casserole dish.
    Mix dry soup mix, salad dressing and jam together. Pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour in preheated 350 degree oven.
