    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb lasagna noodles
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1/2 lb ground beef
    • 1 lb sausage
    • 1 medium onion minced
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 3/4 lb mozzarella cheese grated
    • 12 oz cotttage cheese
    • 2 6oz cans tomatoe paste
    • 2 tablespoons parsley
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups of red or burgundy wine
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef and sausage in oil which already has parsley and garlic. After browned add tomatoe paste, wine, salt, pepper, onion and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Cook noodles in 6 quarts of water salted. Stir noodles constantly, drain noodles. Mix eggs and cottage cheese. Start layering noodles then sauce then cheese then cottage cheese and repeat a second time ending with noodles on top. Bake 375 for 20 minutes.
