SCALLOPED HAM AND POTATOES

List of Ingredients
- 5 medium sized potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 1 to 2 cups cubed or sliced left over ham
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir until blended. Stir milk in slowly. Add salt and pepper. Cook until smooth and thick. Layer potatoes, onions and ham in greased oven-proof dish. Pour white sauce over mixture. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees or until potatoes are tender.
