    • 1 lb sausage (cooked & drained)
    • 1/2 cup onion (cooked with sausage)
    • 1/2 cup grated mild longhorn style chesse
    • 1 1/2 cup half and half
    • 1/2 cup bisquick
    • 4 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Spoon sausage and onion evenly into pie plate. Spread cheese over sausage and onion. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour evenly over mixture. Bake 325 or 350 (depends on oven) or until knife inserted in center and comes out clean.
