List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup converted rice
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth (bouillion)
- 1/3 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup (2oz.) grated Longhorn cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain. Add onion, green pepper, rice, broth, soup can of water, A.1., salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, 20-25. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes, or until all liquid is absored. Stir in tomato. Serve, garnished with cheese. Serves 4-6.
