    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
    • 1 cup converted rice
    • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth (bouillion)
    • 1/3 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 medium tomato, chopped
    • 1/2 cup (2oz.) grated Longhorn cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain. Add onion, green pepper, rice, broth, soup can of water, A.1., salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, 20-25. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes, or until all liquid is absored. Stir in tomato. Serve, garnished with cheese. Serves 4-6.
