FORGOTTEN SHORT RIBS

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 pounds beef short ribs
- 2 tsp sugar (brown is best)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 can (16 oz) tomatoe sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on ribs. Place in Dutch oven or 3 quart casserole. In small pan combine tomatoe sauce with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over ribs. Cover and bake at 275 for 3 to 4 hours. Spoon off excess fat before serving.
