Chicken Pot Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter, heated until melted
- 1/3 c. flour, stir into melted butter
- Add:
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
- Dash salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 2/3 c. milk
- Stir until thickened.
- Add:
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
Instructions
- Line pie pan with pie crust. Fill with hot chicken filling, put on top crust, and crimp edges. Slit holes with a sharp knife for steam and bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes. Makes one pie.
