    Christmas Fondue

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pkg cream cheese (softened)
    • 1 tsp garlic salt
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 1/2 c milk
    • 3/4 c parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Beat cream cheese and salts

    2. mix in milk (will be lumpy)

    3. pour mixture into pot, cook on med high stirring constantly

    4. when lumps are gone add parmesan

    5. continue cooking until parmesan is thoroughly mixed in

    6. sauce will thicken upon standing

    7. serve with french bread cut into peices

    8. makes just over 4 cups
