APPLE SAUCE CAKE




List of Ingredients



• 2 cups sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 3/4 cup butter
  
• 2 cups apple sauce
  
• 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  
• 1 cup raisins
  
• 3 cups flour
  
• 1 tsp. soda
  
• 1 tsp. allspice
  
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. Pre-heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 9X13" pan.
   
   
2. Cream the sugar, eggs and the butter.
   
   
3. Mix in the apple sauce, walnuts, and the raisins.
   
   
4. Stir in the flour, soda, allspice and the cinnamon.
   
   
5. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 mins. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

This recipe was given to me from my Mom...in loving memory of my Dad...This was his favorite recipe....
