    CHEESECAKE

    Recipe Introduction


    Grease with butter or margerine a 10 inch springform pan. Line bottom of pan with waxed paper. All ingredients should be at room temperature.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. cream cheese
    • 6 eggs
    • 1/2 pt HEAVY cream
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 2 cups confectioners sugar
    • 2 tblsp flour
    • 1 tblsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • A graham cracker crust may be used if desired.


    Instructions


    1. Cream the cheese. Add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly after each. Add all other ingredients and beat well.

    2. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour. Leave cake in oven and open oven door 1 to 2 inches. Leave for 1 hour.

    3. Remove cake to rack to cool in pan. Turn onto large plate and refrigerate overnight before slicing. This gives cake time for flavor to set in.

    4. Serve with strawberries or crushed pineapple on top if desired. It even tastes yummy plain. Hope you enjoy it.
