PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS
List of Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 16 Oz. Package Pound Cake Mix
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
- 2 teas. Watkins Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Filling:
- 1 8 Oz. Package Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 14 Oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 16 Oz. Can Pumpkin
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 teas. Salt
- 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 2 teas. Watkins Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl, on low speed or mixer, combine crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into bottom of a 15X10 inch jelly-roll pan; set aside.
- For filling, in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Mix well. Pour over crust. Top with nuts.
- Bake 35 minutes. Cover and chill. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. Makes 48 bars
