    PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS


    List of Ingredients


    • Crust:
    • 1 16 Oz. Package Pound Cake Mix
    • 1 egg
    • 2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
    • 2 teas. Watkins Pumpkin Pie Spice
    • Filling:
    • 1 8 Oz. Package Cream Cheese, softened
    • 1 14 Oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • 1 16 Oz. Can Pumpkin
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1/2 teas. Salt
    • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
    • 2 teas. Watkins Pumpkin Pie Spice


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl, on low speed or mixer, combine crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into bottom of a 15X10 inch jelly-roll pan; set aside.
    2. For filling, in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Mix well. Pour over crust. Top with nuts.
    3. Bake 35 minutes. Cover and chill. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. Makes 48 bars
