    EASTER BONNET COOKIES


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup oleo
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 5 cups flour
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. soda
    • 1 cup buttermild


    Instructions


    1. Cream the oleo and sugar.
    2. Add the vanilla and eggs.
    3. Gradually add the dry ingredients.
    4. Mix well, then add the buttermilk!
    5. Chill dough for a few hours or overnight.
    6. Sprinkle waxed paper with flour. Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 400º for 10 mins. Frost as desired.
