    List of Ingredients


    • Vegetable oil
    • 6 large corn tortillas
    • 1 c refried beans
    • salsa
    • 1 lb ground beef browned
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 1/2 c minced onion
    • 1 c grated Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 1/2 c shredded lettuce
    • 1 medium tomato
    • 1 1/2 c guacamole
    • 1/2 c sour cream
    • ripe olives


    Instructions


    1. Fry tortllas one at a time in hot oil. Hold down center of tortilla with wooden spoon so that the tortilla becomes cup shaped. Drain on paper towels.
    2. Mix beans with salsa to taste. Spread each tortila with bean mixture.
    3. Top with browned ground beef. Sprnkle with onions and cover with grated cheese
    4. Plac in 375* oven for about 10 minutes.
    5. To serve, top each tortilla with lettuce and tomato. Spoon guacamole on top Decorate with a spoon full of sour cream and ripe olive slices.
