CHICKEN CORDON BLUE
List of Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell*s® Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. Chablis or other dry white wine
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
- 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
Instructions
- HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- ADD soup, water, wine, cheese and ham. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.
