    HOLIDAY PUMPKIN SOUP

    Serve this dish as a cold pumpkin soup, or as a heavy punch like egg nog!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lg. Can pumpkin
    • 1 qt. Coffee creamer
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup rum or 2 teaspoons rum extract
    • 1 tsp.cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves


    Instructions


    1. Mix the above in a blender, chill thoroughly before serving. Serve in chilled bowls topped with a whipped cream product or for a festive occasion, serve in a punch bowl with a seperate bowl of whipped cream for garnish.
