SOUPER CHILI
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) Campbell's® Tomato Soup
- 1 can Campbell's® Bean with Bacon Soup
- 1 1/2 cups Pace® Chunky Salsa or Picante Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can (about 8 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup uncooked wheel-shaped or elbow pasta
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sliced green onions
Instructions
- COOK beef, onion, pepper and garlic in saucepot until beef is browned. Pour off fat.
- ADD soups, salsa, water and corn. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min.
- STIR in pasta. Cover and cook 10 min. or until pasta is done.
- Top with cheese and green onions. Serves 6.
