    ITALIAN TURKEY BURGERS

          


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
    • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
    • 1/2 pound fresh tomatoes, chopped
    • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine turikey,parsely,tomatoes,bread crumbs salt,lemon juice and chese in a large bowl. Use a cutting motion with a large fork to thoroughly mix ingredients. Form into six patties.
    2. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high. Cook burgers 5 to 6 minutes on each side; lower heat if they start to get to brown.
