ITALIAN TURKEY BURGERS
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1/2 pound fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Combine turikey,parsely,tomatoes,bread crumbs salt,lemon juice and chese in a large bowl. Use a cutting motion with a large fork to thoroughly mix ingredients. Form into six patties.
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high. Cook burgers 5 to 6 minutes on each side; lower heat if they start to get to brown.
