    SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 c sweet potatoes mashed
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 stick margarine
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • Topping
    • 1 c brown sugar
    • 1 c choppes pecans
    • 1/3 c flour
    • 1/3 stick margerine


    Instructions


    1. Mash potatoes and mix well with next 7 ingredients. Place in greased casseole. Put the topping mixture on. Bake 350 drgrees for 25/30 minutes. Good with Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner
