3 cups frozen O’Brien potatoes, thawed

1.Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet.
2.Pour off any drippings.
3.Stir in potatoes and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Stir in salsa and continue to cook 10 minutes longer.
