    This is the only noodle recipe that turns out good for me. You don't even taste the vinegar, but it makes the noodles tender

    List of Ingredients







    14 egg yolks

    1/2 cup water

    2 teaspoons vinegar

    2 teaspoons salt

    3 - 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

    Recipe



    Mix yolks, water and vinegar with mixer. Stir in flour and salt. Roll and cut noodles. Cook in boiling water and then rinse well, and then add to chicken or beef broth.
