    COKE SALAD by Barbara Strain

    List of Ingredients




    1(6-oz.)pkg. cherry Jello
    1(8-oz.)can crushed pineapple,well drained
    1 small jar maraschino cherries,well drained
    1(3-oz.)pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 cup Coca-Cola
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Drain juices from pineapple and cherries;heat until hot. Dissolve Jello in hot juice. Cream cheese until fluffy;add slowly to Jello mixture. Chill until very thick. Add pineapple,cherries,Coca Cola,celery,salt and pecans.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold;return to refrigerator,chill until firm.
    Makes 6 servings.
