    MOCK FRENCH TOAST”

    List of Ingredients





    1 egg
    4 egg whites
    1/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp Splenda
    sprinkle of cinnamon (to your taste)

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients thoroughly and pour like pancakes on a hot skillet, or in a mini-omlette pan - one at a time.
    You need to blend it all up really well to break up the ricotta blobs. Serve with sugar-free syrup. Makes 2 servings
