    Potato Sausage Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage
    1 medium onion
    2 stalks of celery
    1/4 box of spinach
    3 cans of chicken broth
    1 can of evaporated milk
    3 tablespoons of corn starch

    Recipe



    1. Brown sausage, saute cropped onion and celery in the sausage.

    2. Peel and chop potatoes and add chicken to the broth.

    3. Add the sausage and spinach.

    4. Cook till the potatoes are done.

    5. Add the corn starch to 1/4 of the can of evaporated milk.

    6. Add to the soup till it thickens.

    7. Add the rest of the evaporated milk.
